International Community

One of the priorities of the STANDING together project is to ensure the diverse voices of minority populations are heard and help inform the research. To achieve this, we are seeking the help of patients and public members around the world to provide input on the STANDING together project.

At the beginning of this project, a patient and public involvement and engagement (PPIE) group based in the UK and Europe was set up. We are now looking to extend this work internationally to capture wider input around the world.

Update: We have been blown away by the interest from the international community! We have now fulfilled our target recruitment numbers. However, as we are continuing to receive expressions of interest, we will continue to accept new international members, but are not able to provide an honorarium for those joining after 12/03/2023. All members will still be acknowledged on the project website and outputs, with permission.
